dc.description.abstractThis research aims to uncover some of the most significant factors that motivate young generation employees to work for a startup business which is mostly beneficial to entrepreneurs to be able provide work environment that best suit the requirements of young generation employees and able to attract talented and skilled labors to work for their startup business sustainably. The data were collected via survey method from 57 employees in startup companies across all industries in Thailand who were born during the years 1980-2000. Factor analysis and cross-tabulation analysis were the methods opted for identifying potential factors that contribute to motivation of young generation in working for startup businesses in Thailand. The findings revealed that the respondents were mostly motivated by two main factors, which are good relationship in workplace and self-development. The implication and limitations are also discussed in the paper.-
