dc.description.abstractThe result of this study shows; most of respondents believe that the “individual mind-sets” have the greatest influence on their failure, followed by “external factors” and “individual characteristics”. The output of this study is aimed to provide the recommendations to the group of would-be entrepreneur to 1). Review their own mind-sets before approaching to the new business opportunities 2). Observe and best utilize their external factors and 3). Choose the suitable individual characteristic in order to carry out the business ventures happily and prosperously.
