dc.description.abstractThis paper is a case study of Rung Aroon school and the purpose of this research is to examine how employees perceive on the learning organization and how its influence employee’s organizational citizenship behavior. The qualitative research method was used to collect the data. The author uses data collected from 6 people. The interviewees are divided into 2 groups which are management group and employee group and also there are two sets of interview questions. Interview result is that the employee’s perception on learning organization meets the expectation of the management. In other words, learning organization in Rung Aroon school influences employee’s organizational citizenship behavior. There are limitations contained in this research. The limitation includes limited number of interviewees and the data analysis is case-specific for Rung Aroon school only. As a result, the findings of this study might not be generalized for other organization which practices learning organization. KEY WORDS: Learning Organization / Organizational Citizenship Behavior-
