dc.description.abstract	การจัดทำสารนิพนธ์ครั้งนี้ ผู้เขียนมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดทำแผนธุรกิจ The Containdy Apartment ซึ่งเป็น อพาร์ทเมนท์แนวใหม่สร้างขึ้นโดยใช้ตู้คอนเทนเนอร์เป็นหลัก โดยทำการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยแวดล้อมภายในและภายนอกที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการดำเนินธุรกิจ การวางแผนกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาด กลุ่มเป้าหมายของธุรกิจ แผนการเงิน และ แผนการการจัดการองค์กร ผลการศึกษาพบว่าธุรกิจนี้เป็นธุรกิจที่คุ้มค่าต่อการลงทุน โดยใช้เงินลงทุน 48,367,600 บาทสำหรับโครงการนี้ ซึ่งพบว่าสามารถคืนทุนได้ในระยะเวลา 5 ปี 6 เดือน โดยมีอัตราผลตอแทนของโครงการอยู่ที่ 28 % และมีมูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ (NPV) ณ สินปีที่ 10 อยู่ที่ 43,199,537.64 บาท คำสำคัญ : อพาร์ทเมนท์/ ตู้คอนเทนเนอร์	-
