dc.description.abstractIn a globalized world, organizations cannot ignore the importance of change. Re-organization (Investopedia, 2003) means a change in the structure or ownership of the company through a merger or consolidation, acquisition, transfer, recapitalization or change identity. This study focuses on department re-organization with an analysis of the change process by using John Kotter’s 8-step Change Model and William Brides’ Managing Transitions. By using this case study, it will bring an in-depth understating of the change process implementation, which enhanced the quality of work and performance within the Procurement group. This study will use a qualitative research method to answer the research questions. The data collection will be conducted by face-to-face interviews with positions that affect to the change. Finding in this research shows the important of management team in change implementation. They provided support to the change which brings the success to this re-organization.-
