dc.description.abstractThis study was conducted by using qualitative analysis. The data were collected from 50 samples at Suvarnabhumi airport. The key discovery was that program destination attractiveness and its variety are the most influencing factors for Thais. In addition, travellers’ demands become more complicated. Only promotions and recommendation from acquaintance were not as powerful as they were in previous researches. In contrast, social benefit, which found in previous researches, was ranked as ‘little important’ factor in this study.-
