dc.description.abstractWhilst there has been increasing research interest in interception about turnover intention as it may cause a lot of pain to the organizations. Many organizations try to minimize their turnover ratio and save their cost. The turnover cost consists of hiring, recruiting and selecting the new employees. Thus, the purpose of current study to is to identify the effect of factors which affect the turnover intention of the temporary employees of an airline company.-
