dc.description.abstractAs Thailand is approaching the old aged population era, there is an increasing number of senior housing business in the market to respond to the increasing demand. The requirements and expectation from the elderly toward the senior housing business of what they want and their perspective toward senior housing are still needed to be explored. The research objectives were to study preference of facility of Thai elderly towards senior housing in Thailand, study the factors which influence the decision making when choosing senior housing, and lastly to provide recommendation from the results of questionnaire and key findings learned from the study.. This paper will give information about insights of Thai elderly people towards the senior housing business, their potential to stay in senior housing and also their expectation and perspective. This study will be very helpful especially for the business developer who has plan to build a senior housing in Thailand. The developer will understand their prospected customer target group, their preference, perspective, concerns and the factors which obstruct their decision to stay in senior housing in order to develop and find solutions to tackle those concerns from the research findings-
