dc.description.abstractAn impact of office relocation and redecoration toward employee engagement by using a case study Unilever relocation. The information had been collected by qualitative method. A total of 10 Unilever’s employees were interviewed. It was determined that relocation and redecoration of an office environment have small impact toward the level of employee engagement. The factor that have more impact on employee engagement level is colleagues and other intangible elements. The result suggest the need for future research to investigate more on the factors under work environment that might impact employee engagement level.
