dc.description.abstractThe objectives of this study were to examine the relationships between job satisfaction, organization commitment, and employee’s intention to leave. The quantitative research method was applied to this research. The population of this study referred to the employees of the leading recruitment companies in Thailand. The sample size of which was 228. The questionnaires were used to collect data from the research samples. The obtained data was compiled and analyzed by statistical computer program. The finding revealed that the respondents were satisfied with their job and they had high level of organization commitment. While, low level of intention to leave was found among them. The hypothesis test yielded that there is a negative relationship between job satisfaction and employees ‘intention to leave. The hypothesis test also signified a negative relationship between organization commitment and employees’ intention to leave. The author recommended that the management should place an importance on employees’ job satisfaction since job satisfaction helps the company in retaining their valuable employees. Moreover, the management should give priority to cultivate organization commitment among employees. Since the finding revealed that the more the employees committed to the organization the less they wanted to leave.-
