dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research is to find the recommendations for both Filipino managers and Thai subordinates for them to be able to work well together better. In order to receive an insight information, qualitative method by narrative interviewing the sample respondents in person to be able to analyze both their answer and interaction more accuracy and completion. The finding result in three recommendations for Thai subordinates which are Understand the space between work and personal life, Do not be afraid to ask questions and Work with efficiency. Two recommendations for Filipino managers including give opportunities and Spend time with your staff.-
