dc.description.abstractThe objectives of this study to find out what causes the declining of employees' performance at a selected digital consultancy firm by implementing the knowledge of the Situational Leadership framework to better understand the occurring circumstance. The hypothesis is some of the leaders with different cultural values in the company were leading without decent understood of their employees' actual development level and applying an impropriate leadership style to their followers. Therefore, using the appropriate leadership style should help these employees to better perform. The result of the study from the interviews found that all of the units of study its leadership style and the followers’ development levels were not aligned. The recommendations to this multi-cultural digital consultancy firm have been indicated in Chapter V.-
