dc.description.abstractABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out the hypothesis of how the firm in automotive tire industry is doing in terms of sustainable leadership. The hypotheses were test by interview and data collection from 15 stakeholders of the company by using questionnaire derived from 23 elements of Honeybee framework. The result of the study found 10 elements that is considered as opposite to Honeybee approach and provided recommendation in the conclusion part.-
