dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to understand the intention to use for the elderly user in Thailand toward the mobile banking application and to apply the result from the research and recommend the appropriate way of communication to increase the number of the user. Hypotheses were test via online survey and using SPSS to analysis all the data. The result of this study found that elderly user have concern over Perceived ease of use, Perceived usefulness and Security and privacy. Recommendation have been provided in the conclusion part.-
