dc.description.abstractThe number of pharmacies in Thailand is growing, especially in Bangkok. To understand consumers’ demand and preferences, this research is conducted to find out the important factors influencing consumers on selecting a particular modern pharmacy in Bangkok and the difference of each factors in demographics groups (based on gender, age, income and education). The data is collected by using online questionnaire. The framework for the research consists of six group factors; Pharmacist, Pharmacy staff, Location, Price, Medicine and In-store environment and the respondents are classified by gender, age level, income level and education level. There are 217 respondents in the research. The findings show that the most important group factors are Medicine, In-store environment and Pharmacist. And the group factors that are significantly different in gender groups are Pharmacist, Price and Medicine. But there is no group factor that is significantly different in age groups, income groups and education groups.-
