dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to find out the key success factor factors of True Corporation Public Company Limited, the telecommunication business in Thailand. The information was conducted from the interview with 2 people from middle and top management in the company. The result of this study simply separates into 4 parts which are technology and innovation, marketing, strategy and future plan. Recommendations to this study have been provided in the conclusion part.-
