dc.description.abstractStaff morale and turnover play an important role in the company. High staff morale and low turnover are beneficial to the company’s development, but on the contrary, low staff morale and high turnover will restrict the company’s advancement. In this paper, the researcher conducted research on the phenomenon of low staff morale and high turnover in construction companies from the perspective of staff satisfaction. Low staff satisfaction will reduce staff morale, which will reduce employee motivation and productivity, while low staff satisfaction and low staff morale will cause a high turnover rate, which will lead to an accelerated decline in the company’s productivity and business decline. However, construction companies need to further improve the problem in order to improve the working conditions of employees and improve the company’s achievements.-
