dc.description.abstract | New technology adoption can be difficult for both management team and employees. Sometimes change can cause rejection and unsatisfaction within the organization. Therefore, the objective of this research is to completely understand employee’s perspective on transformational organization according to corporate change on new technology adoption for a better understanding between employees and management team which will lead to a better organizational change management for future technology adoption. The research methodology that will be used in this paper is qualitative research by conducting some interview with both change takers and maker. my target group will be categorized into 3 groups which are change maker, in this case, chief of staff, older generation who has been working for an organization for long time and new employees The research finding shows that resistance from employees can cause unsuccessful change. Furthermore, employees engagement and two-ways communication may decrease dissatisfaction and help increase employee motivation toward change. | - |
