Turnover intentions was fixed as dependent variable by having two independent variables which are job characteristics and job satisfaction. The findings from this research suggest that the influential variables that affect the turnover intentions and job satisfaction. In terms of turnover intentions, the strongest influential factor is job satisfaction. On the other hand, the job characteristics does not affect turnover intentions. Therefore, Human Resources staff should be aware of this point that can enable them to coordinate more efficiently. The Job characteristic model can be used to design work assignments, which will lead to joy and satisfaction at work by discussing with the medical representatives’ supervisions in order to increase the job satisfaction which is the strongest factor that can reduce turnover intentions.-
