dc.description.abstract | This research aims to investigate The factors influence consumer to select mobile network provider in Bangkok area. The Extend Marketing Mix (7 P’s) and Consumer Behaviour theories were adopted to study in this research. Quantitative and Qualitative method were used to collect the information. The questionnaires was created to collect the information in large sample of respondents. Mean of each factor is used to estimate which factor will influence customer decision to select mobile network provider. There have some questions that they would like to find much more information in depth-detail so interview part was conducted to find much more information. The result of this research represents the customer focuses on the product quality such as calling and internet signal strength including service area coverage. After sale service is an another factor that customer concerns such as fast service duration, service mind and problem solving skill of the service staffs. | - |
