dc.description.abstractInsurance industry is a growing industry along with healthcare industry. Many insurance companies are focusing on managing the limited resource which is the efficient and effective procedure, especially the resource of business driver. These are becoming an important competitive differentiator in the insurance industry Therefore, the department which has the healthcare professional as a major group such as claims department, medical department, underwriting department that plays a big role to contact with the customer and maintain the business benefit are also important to drive the business as well. The research objective is to analyze the happiness level at work of healthcare professionals and relationship between each factors and happiness index of healthcare professional in insurance company. For the purpose of this research, the scope includes the past or current healthcare professionals that worked in insurance company. Quantitative research design was performed in this study. the data was collected using electronic-based questionnaires distributed to healthcare worker in insurance company in Bangkok. A total of 101 questionnaires were responded and all of them were eligible for data analysis. It used mean and multiple regressions to analyze the data. The research indicated that the employees are highly satisfied with employee engagement and positive emotion that insurance company provided. the finding from the multiple linear regression analysis presented that job related wellbeing and distributive justice had significant and positive influence on happiness index. This study evokes the body of knowledge to insurance industry managers by providing the detail understanding of the happiness index to maintain skilled human resource that drive their insurance industry in Thailand-
