dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to find “What are the challenges of leaders during work from home? And also finding “What are their strategies to deal with people to get their jobs done during work from home?” The result of the research could create a guideline to see the way of improving in virtual leading for leaders. This research used in-depth interviews with ten participations through online platform asking open-ended questions in order to gather their experiences. In conclusion, this paper can be used as a guideline for dealing and managing people virtually while working from home.en_US
