dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to find what is the key factors influencing people to purchase a condominium in Bangkok. This study focused on people who already have job which has potential to but a condominium. The research methodology was conducted by in-depth interview with twenty samples. This study wants to clarify the effective of variables and these are perceived value, quality of life, brand trustworthiness, social influence, design and promotion which is significant to the purchase intention on condominium. The result of this study has illustrated the potential factors affected to people’s purchase intention. Recommendations aimed to provide to real estate developer in Bangkok for further condominium project which can reach more on the customer target. | en_US |
