The experiences of Burmese medical professionals working in Thailand are examined in this study, with particular attention paid to the primary challenges they encounter and the limited possibilities for professional growth. This research employs a qualitative approach, including in-depth interviews with five Burmese medical professionals currently working in Thailand age range between 26 to 30 years, to identify the key factors affecting their work experiences and career opportunities. The study also examines the influence of workplace dynamics and organizational cultures on their professional lives. Findings reveal that language barriers, particularly with non-English speaking colleagues, and the strict regulatory environment are significant challenges that hinder both daily operations and long-term career growth. Additionally, cultural differences and the hierarchical nature of Thai workplaces further complicate these professionals' ability to advance. Based on these findings, recommendations are proposed to help cope with these challenges, including targeted language and cultural training programs and potential reforms in the recognition of foreign qualifications.en_US
