This study aims to identify the critical strategies that contribute to the success of tarot card reading businesses in Thailand by conducting qualitative research through interviews with tarot readers, clients, social media experts, and technology experts. The findings highlight key factors such as the importance of building strong client relationships through personalized service, honest communication, empathy, and trust. Additionally, leveraging social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram is essential for enhancing client engagement and visibility. Creating and maintaining a unique identity helps tarot readers differentiate themselves in a competitive market. Continuous improvement and education are crucial for adapting to changing client needs, while integrating AI and data analytics significantly enhances service delivery and client satisfaction. These comprehensive insights provide practical guidance for tarot card readers to achieve long-term success and stability in Thailand's dynamic and competitive market.en_US
