This paper explores the digital transformation of a family-owned knitwear manufacturer in Thailand, focusing on the roles of leadership flexibility, transformation teams, Transaction Processing Systems (TPS), and business model shift. Using qualitative analysis, the study illustrates how the company shifted from a traditional B2B manufacturing model to a B2C e-commerce platform in response to changing consumer behavior and increasing digital disruption. In addition, the findings show that successful TPS integration, supported by adaptive leadership and cross-generational collaboration, was essential for improving operational efficiency, scalability, and responsiveness. This transformation demonstrates how family businesses can modernize by balancing long-standing values with strategic innovation, offering practical guidance for organizations seeking sustainable growth and competitiveness in the digital economy.en_US
