dc.description.abstract | Technology has been develops rapidly and it’s began to have an important role in an educational system, e-learning is one part of that technology. CMMU provides e-learning website which consist of many functions. The purpose of this thematic paper is to find motivation factors for CMMU’ students to use CMMU e-learning. To make e-learning system more valuable for CMMU and useful for CMMU student. This research use qualitative approach by using in-depth interview with open-ended question. Respondents are 15 CMMU’ students who are study in English program. The research has found some motivation factors that motivate CMMU’ students to use CMMU e-learning which are convenience, flexible, quality, individual interest level and response speed. This research also found that the most important moderator variable is instructor usage which related directly to motivation factors of students.
