dc.description.abstract | The objectives of this study were to study the level of organizational commitment of employee of the North Bangkok Combine Cycle Power Plant, and to study the demographic factors affecting organizational commitment of employees of the North Bangkok Combine Cycle Power Plant. The sample group was 80 employees of the North Bangkok Combine Cycle Power Plant. The questionnaires were used as the research instrument. Frequency distributions, mean, standard deviation Independent Sample (t-test) and One-Way ANOVA (f-test) were used to analyze the data. The results indicated that the organizational commitment level of the respondents working for the NBCC was moderate. Affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment of employees of the NBCC were moderate. In the sampled group, organizational commitment does significantly among the different age of employees. Employees who were between 26-32 years old had the lowest organizational commitment level. # KEY WORDS: Organizational commitment/ Affective commitment/ Continuance commitment/ Normative commitment | - |
