Abstract: | This paper examines the factors that necessary to address in order to increase employee performance because the performance dropped last year. The main purpose of this study is to explore the factors of employee performance to improve the work quality. Furthermore, this study helps the organization to know which factor the most interesting is and also improve in order to increase employee performance. Employee performance leads to get effective job and achieve both personal and company’s goal. This research focuses on one of IT industry in Thailand which is IT One Company. Data were collected by using questionnaire as quantitative method, which has eighty employees in Application Management department. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistic, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple linear regression. The results are reward, recognition and work environment impact on employee performance. The most significant factor is recognition that influences employee performance. The benefits of this research are to understand employee’s insight and employee satisfaction and also help the organization to improve performance of people in the company. Finally, this research provides the recommendations for three factors that the organization should to improve the employee performance.
