Abstract: The aim of this study is to investigate factors and activities that the developer must concerned for doing community mall business. The paper is using qualitative research to gather data. Two existing developer was used for case studies. Triangulation method which consists of interview, observation and documentary been used to analyze the data collection. The results show key factors and activities that affect the community mall business also support community mall developers to understand the nature of its business.
