Abstract: Corporate Sustainability is becoming more important and widely discussed in both corporate and academic terms. It has been shown by many researchers to create competitive advantage in the market. Unfortunately, even though this subject has been studied in several European countries and America, it has received little attention with regard to business in Thailand. Daisin is one of the leading aluminium producers in Thailand. It has been operating for over 30 years and established a strong relationship with customers. However, the company must face with the change of the economic situation, and to maintain strong position in the market sustainable is required. This paper focuses on identifying the company characteristics that can fulfil the requirements of sustainable leadership practice. It examines which practices the company should improve in order to change from Locust to Honeybee enterprise.
