Abstract: At the present, most of people who live in Bangkok prefer to commute to workplace by sky train (BTS) or underground train (MRT) in order to avoid very bad traffic of centric Bangkok. Also they familiar with urbanized lifestyle that attract them to stay longer in centric Bangkok. The expansion of development on public transportation change consumer behavior on purchasing new residential. Many of new residential were build close to transportation station for ease of commuting. Framework on this research focus on internal and external factor that impact on consumer behavior and this research proved that location preference, environmental and accessibility to transportation station are the key factor that impact the most on decision behavior and this research would bring more necessary information into deep understanding on consumer behavior on residential choice decision. The research included information from 73 respondents. The conclusion for this research would be the good source of information for other people who need to understand more on this group of consumer for any purpose and benefit to Real Estate Company who are looking for consumer behavior criteria on buying new residential.
