Abstract: | The purpose of this study is to examine sustainable leadership in the secondary education sector of Thailand. Avery and Bergsteiner’s Honeybee leadership is adopted to examine the relationship between twenty-three Honeybee leadership practices and five sustainability performance outcomes of organizations in the secondary education sector. A quantitative approach (a questionnaire survey) is used to test the random sample consists of 50 private secondary schools in Thailand. Descriptive statistics and correlation analysis are adopted as the analytical methods. The results show that there are six out of twenty-three Honeybee leadership practices which have significant relationships with sustainability performance outcomes. Managerial implications to enhance the prospect of sustainable leadership for the secondary education sector are also discussed.
