It has been proven that Microsoft Excel is an important tool in extracting data in order to get insight, especially add-in function which is called VBA. Moreover, a good program should pass through SDLC framework. Also usability test has to be conducted to assess quality of the program with real time user testing. The quantitative in term of experimentation design is used in this research. By developing the program and conduct usability test with 60 employees in a consumer goods company in order to do Paired T-test based on the two assumptions. As a result, the automatic program enables employees to significantly reduce time spent in completing tasks along with simplified work process. Whether employees are programmer or non-programmer, they can take the same amount of time just a few minutes in completing the same task.
