Factors that affected the implementation of new information technology at a Thai aircraft maintenance company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the hypothesis of what are the factors that obstructs the successful in change management of implementing the new aircraft maintenance software in the aircraft maintenance company. Hypotheses were test by in-depth interview and collect data from 8 staff in company. The result of this study if found 4 issue that this company should be improved. Recommendations to this company have been provided to the conclusion part.
