Abstract: The objective of this study is to explore the psychological factors that influence the satisfaction levels of CMMU students. The level of satisfactions and the hypothesized factors were assessed and compared to see the relationship between them. The findings of this research showed that the factors most concerned by the students are achievement importance and price-consciousness.
