Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to identify the key drivers of pharmacist engagement at Bumrungrad International Hospital in order to improve pharmacist engagement in the private hospital, to maximize their performance and retention for business success. This study collects a quantitative data from a sample of 44 pharmacists and examines the relationship and impact of various engagement drivers on engagement. Results indicates that senior management, co-operation between coworkers and departments, and physical working environment highly influence the pharmacist engagement level. |
