Abstract: This paper is looking forward to examine “Corporate Sustainability”. Sustainable business is defined as capacity to deliver strong performance, endure economic and social crises, and deliver public benefit and does not mainly focus on only creating shortterm profit for the company. The paper focuses on Sufficient Economic Practice implemented in Siam Kubota Corporation Company Limited (Siam Kubota), a Corporate Sustainability firm in Thailand. Data of this paper is collected by semi-structure interview from 30 company’s stakeholders’ including 8 different positions of managers and 3 customers, 2 Authorized Dealers, 2 used tractor shops, and other 15 employees. The respondents in this paper are selected based on responsibility and the number of year in working experience. The result of this paper shows how Siam Kubota implements Corporate Sustainability from both Thai and Japanese perspectives, hybrid cultures in the same firms. This paper will be beneficial to all firms to become more sustainable by applying the same practice as Siam Kubota, a Corporate Sustainability firm. Moreover, employees have better life quality by still having a job and still get paid on time. Therefore, social and economic status will be better as a whole
