Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find out the hypothesis of what are the factors that contributes to the increase of the conversion rate of E-commerce sites. Hypothesis were test by in-depth questionnaire and collect the 100 data through online. The result of this study if found that there are two components that are significant in order to the increase of the conversion rate. Recommendations to this company have been provided to the conclusion part.
