Abstract: | ABSTRACT This thematic paper demonstrated how to value the stock price of The Ananda development public company limited (ANAN) which applied the value of firm from industry peers and try to estimate future free cash flow to assess the firm worth. In the relative valuation method, I applied multiple, average, ratio of firm with benchmark factor to evaluate the firm’s value. The benchmark is selected in range of industry average. As a result, the target price of ANAN from relative valuation method is 6.01 THB, comparing with closed price at 3.98 THB as of 5 December 2018, therefore I recommend BUY. |
