Abstract: | Sustainable business has become a worldwide trend in the last couple of years which has created a new challenge for many businesses to achieve. However, the declining birth rate problem is one of the factors that apparently effects kid-focused businesses due to a decreasing number of direct consumers. This paper explores the key success factors of how PlanToys company who manufactures and sells wooden toys in Thailand sustains in the business. Brand value is an essential key for a kid-focused business to have. It needs to be conveyed throughout the internal and external factors of the organization in other to sustain in the business. The products need to be distinct to ensure the brand competitiveness to be able to compete with other competitors, and relationships with all stakeholders are also mandatory which increases new opportunities for the business |
