Abstract: The objective of this study is to find the impact of cyberbullying in the workplace. This topic is very important for employees, business leaders, and companies because cyberbullying can lead to many negative consequences that can affect them. The research conducted interviews with eight participants, who have experienced cyberbullying in the workplace and live in Bangkok. The age of participants are around 26-32 years old. Qualitative method was used in this research, with 12 open-ended questions that were retrieved from previous research that did similar topic in different country. The findings of this research show that there are many impacts that happened to victim during and after cyberbullying, such as distress, depression, loss of productivity, difficulty to work, job reputation ruin, etc. Even though the impact directly affected the victims, the side effect was on the company too. Half of participants decided to leave their jobs after being cyberbullied by the co-workers, which lead to a higher turnover rate for the company. Therefore, this study will be beneficial for readers who are employees, leaders, and owners of companies to understand more about cyberbullying in the workplace.
