Abstract: As the world nowadays is full of competition and moves rapidly. Many businesses strive for themselves in order to survive by inventing new products and services so as to disrupt and compete with each other. Those who prevail will survive and losers may end up shutting down their business. In order to handle this challenge, sustainability is the answer. Then, the purpose of conducting this paper is to test whether are there any gaps or improvement must Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) needs to be improved in order to be more sustainability organization. Applying 19 elements of Rhineland principles plus information from interviewing reliable respondents together with the organization's performances in the past and present will lead to the answer of the hypothesis. The results after conducting this study found that there are many elements that Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) is good at it according to the Rhineland principles. On the other hand, things to be improved are hierarchy structure problem, communication plan, and short-term profits focusing. The details of these issues will be provided and clarified in the conclusion and recommendation part of this paper.
