Abstract: Company in oil and gas business have got an effect from oil price and economic crisis in 2020, those effect are decreasing job satisfaction of employee. As per job satisfaction is a key success of all activities. Thus, to enhance employees’ job satisfaction, as a leader is the key person to do solve this problem. From many researchers found that transformational leadership is the best leadership style to improve level of employees’ job satisfaction in long term. Thus, this research has two objectives; first, to study influence of transformational leader on employees’ job satisfaction; second, to provide a recommendation to a leader who would like to use transformational leadership style to enhance employees’ job satisfaction. This research is focus on employees who are working in oil and gas industry only. From the study found that transformational leadership can improve level of job satisfaction of employee who are working oil and gas.
