Abstract: In the digital era, Smartphones have been developed to replace a few thing and now we can add cash and wallet to that list. People can use "electronic wallet" for a wide range of their daily spending needs instead of the physical one. Despite Thailand have been developing electronic wallet for a decade. There are still such a small number of e-Wallet users in this country. This research aims to examine the adoption of e-Wallet in Thailand. The study is about factors impact electronic wallet usability and includes the analysis of the current situation about barriers that protects electronic wallet usability. The samples were segment into 4 groups by age range and the background for analysis each people attitude toward electronic wallet service in Thailand both positive and negative. The result clearly showed that lifestyle and personal characteristics and social interaction have a positive effect on attitudes toward electronic wallet usability while cost and other payment options can have a negative effect. In addition, the results also showed that there were significant different when segmented by age. The paper contributes to provide the useful information to Thai market in the future.
