Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to identify the factors that can influence consumers to adopt the ride-hailing services between Bangkok and perimeters, in order to have a better understanding towards the rapidly changing and enhancing the better urban mobility in Bangkok. The data were derived from online questionnaires which were randomly distributed and acquired the sample size of 122 respondents. All of the respondents are active user who currently use ride-hailing service in 3 months. The findings of this research demonstrate that convenience and cancellation protection factors have some relations toward usage intention of the consumers to adopt ride-hailing services. Moreover, the study found that there are gender, age and income range that is significantly influence user to adopt the ride-hailing services.
