Abstract: The purpose of this thematic paper is to explore the perceptions of Thai pharmacists who are working in retail pharmacies towards the barriers and drivers in providing pharmaceutical services via telepharmacy and the supports they would like the organizations to offer so that they can perform the telepharmacy confidently. The qualitative method was adopt in the research by conducting the in-depth interview with 10 retail pharmacists by face-to-face interview and phone call interview. The research results show that there are various barriers and drivers that the organizations must take into consideration.They must provide the supports in eliminating barriers and enhancing the benefits to motivate retail pharmacists in conducting telepharmacy confidently.
