Abstract: At the beginning of 2020, businesses around the world have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2020, the term new normal was generated and introduced widely due to the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. In this context, the managers have faced a new challenge that they have never experienced before. So, they have difficulty anticipating risks and define the best alternatives for deciding or re-designing strategy. The purpose of this research is to explore how the company was able to respond to the crisis and why the management team selected the alternatives of actions for crisis management. The qualitative research had been used for this research through interview management of the selected organization to gain their insight on how they recognize the company’s goal and direction and to understand how they prioritize issues to solve the problem and make a decision. My research findings indicate that The company can recover the business quickly during the crisis because of social responsibility mindset, Long-term perspective, Effective teamwork of management team.
