Abstract: Another factor that can influence job and organizational performance is human motivation. Currently, the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the aviation industry, including the cabin crew. Therefore, this article will examine the factors that will motivate them to return to work after more than two years of a terrible crisis by focusing on the employees' needs and expectations pertaining to the organization's work after this epidemic. This research focuses solely on after-COVID-19 situations to identify the previously mentioned topic theme. In addition, 16 cabin crew members, including pursers and cabin crew, participated in qualitative interviews for this study. All of the interviewees agreed that if salaries were reduced, the amount of work should also be reduced.
