Abstract: | This thematic paper examines the case of a start-up company to explore how organizational leaders provide supports to Gen Z employees to increase their wellbeing and remain productive. Qualitative interviews are conducted with current employees to understand what motivates them and what can be done differently. In conclusion, current Gen Z employees seek growth opportunities, freedom, and supportive organizational culture in the workplace. Therefore, the recommendation for companies should accommodate these needs by providing management training, stress program, diversity, empowerment, engagement channels. |
